‘Pan for Gold’, a new instant win scratch card game from CORE Gaming, is taking players back to the Wild West era and offering the prospect of picking up a whopping £25,000 jackpot.
The game, which has launched on Sky Vegas, is based on a ‘gold rush’ theme, with a £2 card giving players opportunities to collect huge prizes.
A player can choose one of six locations on a map and then has three chances to sink their sifting pan into the water in an effort to uncover gems.
If the player can avoid retrieving the unwanted bits and pieces, three of the same gems will win a prize, with turquoise gems returning £2 and pearls securing the £25,000 jackpot.
If eight golden nuggets are collected, the player has another chance to win big through the Bank bonus feature.
But it is the method for collecting the gems that makes this game truly innovative.
Mobile players can dig up their items by shaking or swiping their mobile device, while desktop players can click or drag the mouse to uncover what they have found.
